EPICC: Epidemiological Cost Calculator¶
EPICC estimates what an outbreak costs, and what the public health response to it costs. It runs entirely in your browser: pick a model, adjust its parameters and scenarios, and read or export the report.
The app is also deployed on Streamlit Community Cloud at https://epiworldpythonapp.streamlit.app/.
In this documentation¶
- Models - every bundled model: what it estimates, its parameters with their sources, its scenarios and equations. Generated from the model files, so it always matches the app.
- Sharing links - how the address bar records a calculation, and how to edit a link by hand.
- Branding and themes - configuring the app's logo, fonts and colors.
- Development - running EPICC locally, the checks, and building the static app and this site.
- Versioning and releases - how versions and release notes work.
- User stories - who EPICC is for and what is implemented.
