Kelly is a Senior Data Architect in the Division of Epidemiology, where he applies his knowledge of research and healthcare operations in his dual roles with the University of Utah and with the US Department of Veterans Affairs Health System. Kelly leads the Anomaly Detection and Forecasting team for ForeSITE.
